    White Chocolate Bread Pudding


    6 cups French bread cubes
    1 package (6 oz.) white baking bar,
    coarsely chopped (can also use 1
    cup vanilla milk chips instead)
    1 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
    (EggBeaters)
    3/4 cup warm water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

    Recipe




    1. Spray inside of 3 1/2 - 6 quart crock with cooking spray.

    2. Place bread cubes in slow cooker. Sprinkle with baking bar. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over bread cubes and baking bar.

    3. Cover and cook on low 3 1/2 - 4 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. 8 servings.


    (A nice touch is to mix 1/2 tsp cinnamon in with
    condensed milk.)
