    Strawberry-Rhubarb-Pineapple Fruit Leather


    2 cups fresh strawberries, washed
    1 cup fresh rhubarb, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 cup pineapple
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 dash lemon juice (optional)

    Recipe


    Puree, spread on dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for several hours.
