Microwave Southwestern Eggs
6 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
2 cups grated low fat cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepperRecipe
Mix all ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into a 3 quart casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, if possible.
Bring to room temperature and microwave for 10-15 minutes on Medium to Medium-high power (50-70%), uncovered, until eggs are set.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
