    Pressure Cooker Chicken Paprika


    6 lbs chicken -- cut in pieces
    2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tsp paprika
    6 tbsp flour
    6 tbsp oil
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 cups water
    2 cups Sour Cream

    Recipe




    1. Cut chicken in pieces.

    2. Mix salt, pepper, paprika and flour and roll chicken in four mixture.

    3. Brown in hot oil in cooker. Place on rack

    4. Slowly add water and bouillon cube.

    5. Cover, set control and cook for 25 minutes after control jiggles.

    6. Cool cooker normally 5 minutes and then place under faucet. Add sour cream.
