Homemade V-8 Juice
Using the juicer put...
1 large head of cabbage
1 large zuke peeled
2 to 4 cloves of Garlic
1 large onion
6 to 8 medium beets
6 to 8 large carrots
4 to 6 stalks of celery
10 to 12 lbs. of tomatoes Recipe
To the juice, you can add salt to taste and 2 Tbs worchestershire sauce also you can add some Texas Pete Hot Sauce to taste.
Heat it and jar it for canning.
Process in a pressure canner because of the variety of vegetables that do not have acid content.
Process for about 20 min. at 10 lbs pressure.
