Bloody Mary Oyster Shots
1/3 cup vodka
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 drops hot pepper sauce
Pinch of celery salt
12 oysters
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely julienned
Black pepper (optional)Recipe
Combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and celery salt in pitcher. Mix well and refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
Just before serving, fill each shot glass about two-thirds full. Drop an oyster into each glass and top with teaspoon of cucumber. For final touch, crack some black pepper over top of each shot glass and serve.
