    BLUE FIZZ


    2 tablespoons blue cuacao
    1 tablespoon vodka
    1 tablespoon orange juice
    3 ounces champagne (up to 4 oz)
    Orange slice and rind -- optional

    Recipe




    Combine first 3 ingredients in champagne glass; slowly
    pour in champagne.

    Garnish with slice of orange and orange rind curl, if desired.
