Strawberry Champagne Punch
3 oz. pkg. strawberry flavor Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cup cold water
1 bottle rose wine, chilled
1 bottle champagne, chilled
1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems (frozen)Recipe
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool.
In punch bowl, mix Jell-O mixture, lemonade concentrate, and cold water.
Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne, and strawberries.
Tip: To freeze fresh strawberries, wash and gently pat dry; If desired, leave stems on for color. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet. Freeze until firm.
