    My Uncle Dick's Egg Nog


    2 quarts dairy egg nog
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 pint (2 cups) brandy or rum, opt.
    2 cups of whipped cream
    Zest from 1 orange
    Sprinkle of nutmeg, if desired

    Recipe




    Mix egg nog with orange juice and zest.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Keep chilled until ready to serve.

    Add brandy or rum and mix.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
