    Hot Chocolate and Oats Pick-Me-Up


    1 cup milk (don't fill it completely)
    3 teaspoons cocoa
    2 teaspoons sugar
    3 tablespoons quick oats

    Recipe




    Warm up the milk in the microwave (2 minutes will do).

    Add the sugar and cocoa, stir.

    Add the quick oats, stir.

    Drink up! you can have spoonfuls of oats in between, so nice.
