    Powerhouse Smoothie


    1 cup milk
    1 cup ice cubes
    1 ripe banana
    1 packet any flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
    1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
    1 teaspoon honey

    Recipe




    PLACE milk, ice, banana, CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Drink, peanut butter and honey in blender; cover.

    Blend until smooth.

    Use lowfat or fat free milk if fewer calories and fat grams are desired, whole milk or chocolate milk if weight gain is preferred.
