    Sour Cream Carrot Biscuits


    2 cups biscuit mix
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup grated carrots
    1 tablespoon snipped chives

    Recipe




    Heat oven to 450 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients together until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

    Smooth dough into ball and place on floured board.

    Knead 5 times.

    Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.

    Cut with floured 2" cutter.

    Place on ungreased sheet.

    Bake 8-10 minutes.

    Should be golden brown.
