Zucchini Pecan Biscuits

Zucchini Pecan Biscuits
6 T. margarine or butter, softened
1 C. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. orange juice
2½ C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground mace
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ C. zucchini
½ C. chopped pecans
1 T. grated orange zestRecipe
Heat oven to 350o.
Spray two cookie sheets with a non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, beat margarine until fluffy.
Beat in sugar, eggs and orange juice.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
Stir that into the wet mixture.
Stir in the zucchini, pecans and zest.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Bake until biscuits begin to brown at the edges, about 10 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
