    Crescent Hot Cross Buns

    Crescent Hot Cross Buns


    1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel, if desired

    Glaze:

    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 to 2 tsp. milk

    Recipe


    Heat oven to 375*. Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

    In small bowl, combine raisins and lemon peel, mix well.

    Spoon about 1 teaspoon raisin mixture on short side of triangle, fold sides over filling and roll to point; pinch to seal.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375* for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool slightly.

    In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk; mix well.

    Drizzle in a cross shape on top of each bun.

    Makes 8 buns.
