Cinnamon Graham Cracker Muffins
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine -- softened
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
16 Cinnamon Graham Crackers -- broken up Recipe
Place first 5 ingredients into your blender. Blend a short time, then set at low speed. Remove cover and add crackers; blend until smooth.
Add baking powder; blend 15 seconds. Pour into 8 lined muffin tins.

ake at 400 degrees F for 13 - 15 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
NOTE 1: I would add some extra cinnamon and sugar to these but I like cinnamon
NOTE 2: These may be frozen, individually wrapped in zip baggies, for up to
six months
