Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast
1 loaf Texas toast or egg bread, cubed
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. blueberries
8 Eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. maple syrup
6 T. butter, melted
cinnamon
Recipe
Lightly coated blueberries with flour.
Grease 9 x 13" pan. Layer one-half of bread cubes in pan.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and scatter over cubes.
Layer blueberries over cream cheese.
Cover blueberries with remaining bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Mix eggs, milk , maple syrup and melted butter.
Pour over bread.
Press down lightly with spatula.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 45-50 minutes.
