    Cinnamon French Toast


    * Combine together:

    * 4 eggs
    * � cup of sugar
    * 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
    * � cup whipping cream
    * 1 teaspoon of vanilla
    * 1 tablespoon of applesauce

    Syrup

    * � 1 cube of butter
    * � � cup of sugar
    * � � cup of buttermilk

    * Add:
    * � 1 teaspoon of vanilla
    * � 1 teaspoon of baking soda

    Recipe


    Stir quickly as syrup foams up.

    Dip both sides of thickly sliced Texas Toast into batter.

    Cook in a frying pan at medium heat.
