    Vanilla French Toast


    eggs
    1/2 cup lowfat milk
    2 tbs sugar or Splenda
    1 tbs vanilla
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbs butter
    6 slices bread

    Recipe




    Whisk first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Dip bread slices in egg mixture, brown each side in skillet.

    SERVE with maple syrup...
