    Anne Ross's Brunch Casserole


    1 pound bulk sausage
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    2 slices white bread -- cubed
    1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese -- (4 ozs.)

    Recipe




    Crumble, saute and drain sausage.

    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.

    Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.

    Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate OVERNIGHT.

    One hour before serving, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
