    Linguine and Bar Clam Casserole


    1 1/2 - 2 Cups Partially Cooked Linguine
    1 Tablespoon Butter
    1 Large Chopped Onion
    1/4 Cup Chopped Celery
    1 Can Mushrooms
    1 Can Mushroom Soup
    3/4 Cup Milk
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 1/2 Cups Quartered Steamed Clams
    Salt/Pepper to Taste
    Bread or Cracker Crumbs
    Chopped Fresh Parsley

    Recipe




    In sauce pan saute onions and celery in butter.

    In a large bowl combine onions, celery, mushrooms, soup, milk, wine, linguine, clams, salt and pepper.

    Put in large casserole dish.

    Top with crumbs and parsley.

    Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes
