    Taco Bubble Loaf


    1 lb. gr. beef
    1 pk. Taco mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 can tomato soup
    2 cans refrig. biscuits
    1 cup cheddar cheese

    Recipe




    Heat the oven to 375.

    Brown the gr. beef and drain well.

    Stir in the Taco sauce, water and tomato soup.

    Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min.

    Cut the biscuits into 4ths.

    Gently stir into the ground beef mixture.

    Spoon into a 9 inch square glass baking dish.

    Bake for 18 to 24 min. or until bubbling and the biscuits are brown.

    Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake an additional 6 to 8 min. or until the cheese melts.

    Cut into 4 squares.

    You may serve topped with lettuce, tomato, salsa, chopped green onions or sour cream,
