Apple Cheese Casserole
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (do not use fat free)
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. margarine (melted)
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmegRecipe
Drain the three cans of sliced apples and pour into a buttered baking dish (12" X 12").
Sprinkle the cinnamon and the nutmeg over the apples and set aside.
Melt the margarine.
Stir in the sugar, dissolve well; add the flour, mix well making sure there are no lumps.
Pour this mixture over the apples and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
