    This is a great make ahead idea. If stored properly, can
    be frozen for a few weeks until ready to use!! I like that concept.

    List of Ingredients




    Black Cherry Cups


    1 8oz can crushed pineapple/drained well
    1 8oz carton sour cream
    1 8oz plain yogurt
    1T lemon juice
    1 16 ounce can pitted dark sweet cherries/drained
    1 medium banana/peeled and coarsely chopped
    1/4 toasted pecans/chopped
    leaf lettuce

    Recipe




    Combine pineapple, sour cream, yogurt and lemon juice.

    Gently stir in cherries, banana and pecans.

    Spoon into 12 paper bake cups in muffin pans. Cover and
    freeze for several hours.

    To serve, let stand at room temp for 20 minutes to thaw
    slightly. Remove paper cups.

    Place on small lettuce lined plate.
