    Quick Coffee Fluff


    1 tablespoon MAXWELL HOUSE or YUBAN Instant Coffee
    2 1/4 cups cold milk
    1 envelope DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping Mix
    1 pkg (6-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and

    Pie Filling

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Recipe




    Dissolve coffee in milk in bowl.

    Add whipped topping mix, pudding mix and cinnamon.

    With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well
    blended, about 1 minute.

    Gradually increase mixer speed and mix until mixture forms soft peaks, 3 to 6 minutes.

    Fold in nuts.

    Spoon into individual dessert glasses.

    Chill.

    Garnish with additional whipped topping and pecan halves.
