Fallen Chocolate Souffles
750 g dark chocolate
375 g butter
5 tbsp cocoa
190 ml sugar
12 eggs, whitesRecipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Butter and sugar 12-3� ramekins.
In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate together.
Sift the cocoa and sugar together. Stir the sifted ingredients in with the melted chocolate.
In a separate bowl, whip the whites until they form soft peaks. Gently fold in with the chocolate.
Pour into prepared ramekins and bake. Remove once cooked and let cool. Carefully remove souffles from ramekins and serve.
