Four Layer Lemon Dessert
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. 10x sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Rest of Cool Whip (med. or large container) Recipe
Mix flour with nuts and melted marg. and press in a 9x13" pan.
Bake at 375 for 13 to 15 min.
Mix cream cheese, 10x sugar and 1 c. Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
Mix 2 pkg. lemon pudding with milk, then whip at low speed until thick.
Spread on top and top this layer with the rest of the Cool Whip.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
