    Fruit Kissed Dessert


    3 c sliced rhubarb
    2 tbs orange juice
    1/2 c sugar
    9" pie shell
    1/2 c Bisquick
    1/4 c milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp orange zest
    1/4 c sugar
    powdered sugar

    Recipe




    Heat oven to 325 degrees.

    In pot, simmer 3 cups sliced rhubarb, 2 tbs orange juice and 1/2 cup sugar until rhubarb begins to soften, transfer rhubarb to greased 9" pie plate.

    Return pot to heat.

    Cook until liquid reduces to 1/4 cup, pour over rhubarb.

    In bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick, 1/4 cup milk and 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp orange zest and 1/4 cup sugar, pour into pie plate.

    Bake 25 min. or until golden, then SERVE dusted with powdered sugar if desire

    SERVES 6 servings
