Lemon Heavenly Oreo Dessert
one 14.3 oz. pkg. of golden oreo cookies
1/2 cup butter, melted
two 3.4 oz. pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 1/4 cups cold milk
two 8 oz. containers cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
Recipe
Crush all oreo cookies in a food processor.
You could also put cookies in a large resealable bag, crush using a rolling pin.
Save 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping.
Pour remaining crumbs into a 9x13 dish, add melted butter.
Stir, press into bottom of dish to make a crust.
In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk.
Set in fridge for now.
Blend cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar
Mix, fold in 1 container of cool whip.
Spread over crust.
Add pudding, spread over cream cheese mixture.
Top with other cool whip.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup oreo crumbs over top.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
