Peaches and Cream Casserole
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peaches, peeled
1/2 cup Splenda or sugar
3 cups skim milk
2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Cinnamon, to taste Recipe
Spray an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine oats, peaches, and Splenda.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Beat with fork or wire whisk until blended.
Add to oat mixture, mixing well.
Place mixture in prepared pan.
Bake uncovered, 50 minutes, at 350 degrees.
