    List of Ingredients




    Rhubarb Cream Dessert


    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    3 cups rhubarb
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 TBSP flour
    12oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    8 oz sour cream
    2 TBSP sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe




    Make Crust:

    Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup butter.

    Pat into 10" pie plate.

    Make Rhubarb layer:

    Combine rhubarb, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 TBSP flour.

    Toss lightly and pour into crust.

    Bake at 375F degrees for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare cream layer.

    Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy, beat in eggs (one at a time), then pour over hot rhubarb layer.

    Bake at 350F degrees for about 30 minutes or until almost set.

    Combine topping ingredients (sour cream, 2 TBSP sugar, vanilla) and spread over hot layers.

    Chill for about an hour.

    Then cut into small amounts and serve.
