    Southern Strawberry Shortcake


    4 oz macerated Strawberries
    3 oz Vanilla Ice cream
    2 biscuits
    2 oz whipped topping
    2 tsp powdered sugar
    ½ oz. Raspberry Scrapers Syrup
    1 sprig fresh mint
    Large bowl

    Recipe




    Place 2 pre-baked biscuits in 350* fryer for 30 seconds (top w/ additional basket to submerge)

    When done cut in half (

    Place ice cream in center of bowl

    Place biscuit pieces around ice cream at 12, 3, 6, & 9 o’clock.

    Ladle Strawberries over entire dish (be sure to get plenty of juice on the biscuits)

    Top ice cream with medium rosette of whipped topping.

    Top the edge of each biscuit with a small rosette of whipped topping.

    Paint plate w/ zig zag of syrup.

    Place a 2-3 leaf sprig of fresh mint in the rosette and top with powdered sugar.
