    Frosted Pistachio Cake


    1 pkg white cake mix
    3.4 oz pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup oil
    1 cup club soda
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    FROSTING

    1 cup milk
    8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
    3.4 oz pkg instant pistachio pudding mix

    Recipe




    HEAT oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease and flour a 10" fluted tube pan.

    In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, beat 2 min.

    Fold in walnuts.

    Transfer to pan.

    Bake 45 min. or until done.

    Cool in pan 10 min. before removing to cool completely.

    FOR FROSTING

    In a bowl combine pudding mix and milk, beat 1 min.

    Fold in whipped topping.

    Spread over cake, then SERVE...
