    Chocolate Reese's Cheesecake


    FOR CHEESECAKE:

    2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
    4 T. butter, melted
    two 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2 T. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 T. flour
    3/4 cup chocolate chips
    1 tsp. shortening

    FOR PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE:

    one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    one 8 oz. container cool whip
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    2 cups chopped reese's peanut butter cups

    Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter.

    Place a spoonful of crumbs in 24 cupcake liners.

    Press down firmly.

    Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until creamy.

    Add eggs, sour cream, flour, beat again.

    In a microwave bowl, combine chocolate chips, shortening.

    Heat 30 seconds, stir.

    Repeat until melted.

    Let cool slightly.

    Pour into cream cheese mixture, beat until creamy.

    Spoon into prepared cupcake liners.

    Bake at 350 for 22 minutes.

    Let cool in pan 3-4 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter until creamy.

    Add cool whip, beat with wire whisk attachment until creamy.

    Place spoonfuls of top of cooled cheesecake, spread out.

    Top with reese's peanut butter cups.

    Keep refrigerated in a sealed container.
