    Lemonade Cream Cheesecake


    1 pkg. white cake mix (add 3 tbsp.
    flour for high altitude)
    1 c. sour cream
    6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
    3 eggs
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened

    TOPPING

    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream

    Recipe





    Topping:

    Mix well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Use solid shortening or margarine to grease and flour 10 inch tube pan.

    In large bowl, combine ingredients.

    Blend until moistened then beat at high speed 4 minutes.

    Bake 50-60 minutes.

    Cool 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan and spread topping on cake.

    Refrigerate.
