    Peach Cobbler


    1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter
    1 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 can peaches
    Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (for topping)

    Recipe




    Melt butter in a 2-quart serving dish in oven at 425 degrees

    Mix milk, flour and sugar until smooth

    After butter is melted, pour flour mixture on top of butter

    Add peaches

    Cook at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown

    Serve hot and topped with whipped cream
