Rhubarb Pineapple Pie
4 cups diced rhubarb
1 tbsp butter
2/3 cups sugar
1 can undrained 7 oz crushed pineapple
1 cup flourRecipe
Prepare pastry and roll out under crust; fit into 9” pie pan (or buy 2 pre-made crusts).
Combine flour, sugar with unpeeled rhubarb, pineapple & place in crust.
Dot with butter, cover with top crust that has been pricked.
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes.
