    Sweet Potato Pie

    Sweet Potato Pie


    2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 unbaked pie shells

    Recipe


    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
