    Vanilla Cream Pudding


    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 c. milk
    1 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe




    Mix cornstarch, sugar & salt in pan, set aside.

    Beat egg, add milk.

    Stir into cornstarch mixture.

    Cook & stir over med. heat until mixture thickens.

    Cook & stir 1 min. longer.

    Stir in butter & vanilla.

    Chill before serving.
