    White-Chocolate Parfais With Berries


    1/2 tsp orange zest
    1 oz pkg white chocolate pudding mix
    3 oz pkg raspberry gelatin
    1 cup whipped topping
    1 cup raspberries

    Recipe




    REST 6 glasses on rims of 2 loaf pans.

    Prepare raspberry gelatin according to package directions, using quick gel method. Stir in raspberries. Divide among glasses.

    Chill 2 hours.

    Prepare white chocolate pudding mix according to package directions.

    Fold in whipped topping and zest.

    Divide mixture among glasses.

    Chill 4 hours, then SERVE...
