Chocolate Berry Mousse
1 1/2 pkgs 9 oz each oatmeal cookies
1/2 cup chocolate frosting
2 pkgs 2.7 oz each strawberry mousse mix
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
4 oz bar milk chocolate, melted
8 oz pkg frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 cups mixed berries
3 pkgs 4.4 oz each Kit Kat candy bars
Recipe
In processor, process 40 oatmeal cookies and frosting 2 min.
Press crumbs into bottom of greased 9" springform pan.
Crumble remaining oatmeal cookies into bowl.
Beat mousse mix and milk 2 min. fold in milk chocolate and 1/2 whipped topping.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups mousse mixture.
FOLD 3 cups berries and crumbled oatmeal cookies into remaining mousse.
Arrange Kit Kat candy bars around perimeter of pan, pressing into crust to secure.
Fill pan with berry mousse.
Chill 2 hours or until set.
Remove from pan.
Top with remaining whipped topping and berries.
Garnish as desired, then SERVE...
