    Moo Shu Pork


    1 1/2 lbs (685 g) boneless pork chops, well trimmed
    1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
    2 tablespoons grated gingerroot, divided
    1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb (228 g) fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
    4 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
    1/3 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter

    Recipe




    Cut the pork chops into strips.

    Mix the barbecue sauce with 1 tablespoon of the ginger.

    Heat the dressing in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the meat, in batches.

    Cook & stir for 2 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

    Remove the pork from the skillet, covering it to keep it warm.

    Add the onions to the skillet.

    Cook & stir for 3 minutes.

    Stir in the remaining ginger, mushrooms, red peppers & cabbage.

    Cook for 5 minutes or until the peppers are tender-crisp, stirring frequently.

    Stir the meat back into the skillet, cooking & stirring for 3 minutes, or until done.

    Remove the skillet from the heat.

    Stir in the 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce mixture, along with the peanut butter.

    Spread the remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto the tortillas.

    Top with the meat mixture.

    Then, roll them up!
