Baschamil sauce(Heavy Milk Gravy With Parmesan Cheese)
First we put a layer grilled sliced potatoes,then we add a mixture of 3LB of browned lean ground beef mixed with 8 o.z. Of chopped onion, spread one table spoon of tomatoes paste, add salt&peper for taste we gona top the first layer with 3o.z. mazarolla cheese and a sprinkle of permsean cheese.
Second layer
Would be one large sliced grilled eggplant then we add 3more pounds of brown lean ground beef mixed with 8o.z. Of chopped onions and 3 o.z. Of mazarolla cheese, sprinkle of parmesan cheese and top it off with a layer of baschamil sause.
We put it in the oven for about 15-20 min at 350° or untill it turns gloden brown, then its ready to be served with yellow rice and grilled vegtables.
