Irish Cafe en Gelee
2-cups water
1-envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/2-tbsp instant coffee
4-tbsp sugar
2-ounces Irish whiskey Recipe
Pour 1/2 cup cold water in saucepan . Sprinkle in gelatin.
Add 1 1/2 cups hot water. Dissolve gelatin over heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until blended. Pour into demitasse cups or dessert dishes. Chill until firm and very cold.
Serve with dab of sweetened whipped cream on top.
