Cajun Pan Fried Catfish
6 Catfish steaks, about 4-6 ounces each
1-1/2 Tbs. oil
1-1/2 Tbs. Cajun seasoning
3/4 lemon or lime, cut in wedgesRecipe
Brush oil on fish.
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of fish.
Place a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
When skillet is very hot, add fish and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is opaque.
Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
