    Grilled Shrimp


    2 lb Large shrimp
    1/4 c Fresh parsley
    1 c Olive oil
    1 TB Oregano
    4 TB Lemon juice
    1 TB Chopped garlic
    1 TB Tomato paste
    4 Drops Tabasco Sauce
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Recipe




    Combine the shrimp, parsley, oil, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, tomato paste, Tabasco, salt, and pepper in a glass dish. Marinade 2 hours at room temperature.

    Broil shrimp 3-4 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn and broil 3 minutes more.

    Served over rice or noodles with green salad and garlic bread.
