    Drink this all the time. It is very refreshing, detoxifying and very healthy for you.

    List of Ingredients




    My Sassy Water Recipe


    2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
    2 lemons, washed well and sliced thin (if they are the little ones, use at least 3)
    2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    20 fresh mint leaves (any variety)

    Recipe




    Place all the ingredients in a gallon container.

    Crush or tear the mint leaves as you put them in.

    Fill with filtered water or spring water. (Tap water usually contains too many nasty things: chemicals etc.)

    Stir well.

    Let sit overnight or for 8 hours before drinking.
