Diabetic Italian Taco Salad
1 lb ground beef
3 c crushed tortilla chips
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg mixed salad greens (10 oz)
1 bottle zesty Italian dressing (8 oz)
Recipe
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly browned.
Remove from heat, and drain.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, tortilla chips, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and salad greens.
Toss with Italian dressing until evenly coated, and serve.
