Bleu Cheese & Brandy Spread
8 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup brandy
1 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle.
Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or endive.
Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or rare roast beef.
Makes 8 Servings.
