2 tbs oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tsp mustard
2 tbs water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar

Spinach leaves

Combine first 9 ingredients in a blender, process until smooth.
