    Recipe Introduction

Today we decided to take it simple and find the perfect solution to your sweets with our Snow White for any occasion.

    List of Ingredients

    Snow White

    Sheets

    3 eggs
    3 oz (85g) sugar, powdered
    6 talespoons oil
    3 tablespoons milk

    1 teaspoon baking powder
    A pinch of salt
    4 cups (500) g flour

    Cream

    2 cups (500) ml milk
    2 tablespoons flour
    8 oz (250 g) margarine
    1 cup (130 g) sugar powdered
    1 lemon

    Final Stage

    3 tablespoons sugar powdered
    2 vanilla sugar

    Recipe

Mix together the milk, eggs, sugar , oil. Add 3 cups flour with baking powder and salt. Knead by hand until the mixture forms a ball, for about 3 minutes. Divide the dough in 3 round balls. Roll each ball using flour to prevent sticking as necessary.

Grease the pan from the stove with butter, bake the sheets one by one in the oven preheated to 350 degrees, low heat about 7 minutes. Check every minutes because they burn very easily. Remove, set aside to cool.
Place the milk in a sauce pan on medium heat, stir in flour little by little and mix all the time about 5 minutes, when the mixture becomes thicker. Set aside and allow to cool very well.

In a bowl mix the margarin with sugar. Add the cold milk mixture ( if you put the milk mixture hot or warm over the margarine will cut). Mix well. Add juice for one lemon and combine.
On a platter place the first sheet , half the cream, second sheet , the other half of the cream and the last sheet. Cover with a towel, place a cutting board and a weight of 2 pound on top. Keep it like that overnight to soften the sheets.
Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla powder.

Cut in diamond shape and serve.
